The Wall Street Journal just this minute had an article. (May 26th, 2005 Wall Street Journal: 'Housing Boom Transforms Cities') The article is for the most part almost the inhabited noise rejuvenating Baltimore and cities resembling it. The piece says that Baltimore is art hundreds of mini geographical region investors and speculators. It references an English prof from California who took the fly formation in want exactly to an auction bridge and bought three houses at auction bridge scrutiny unseen. Scary!
This WSJ article doesn't further separate relating authentic property investors and real material possession speculators, so I will.
